Veterans entered the gym and the program began with the Posting of Colors by student representatives from the Prosperity and Valley Victors 4-H Clubs. Students and staff introduced each of the almost 50 Veterans who attended.

Our annual Veterans Day program on Tuesday began with a reception for our Veterans and their families. Students and staff were matched up with our vets and the conversations began.

Congrats to the following athletes for being voted NEKL All-League 2nd Team Volleyball: Aubre Garza, Cali DeLong, & Caydren Strickler!

HS Boys and Girls Basketball Player and Parent meeting on Wednesday, 11/12/25 @ 7pm in the commons.

The VFHS FFA officer team presented the November good news at the Board of Education meeting last night. The team did a great job updating everyone on their trip to FFA Nationals, Fall Competition progress, and programs that our Ag students are engaged in through academics and co-curricular activities in FFA and the classroom. Awesome job FFA team and Ms. O!

This past Saturday, four Valley Falls students traveled to Eudora to audition for District Honor Band. Several hundred students from across Northeast Kansas were in attendance, we are so proud of our four students; Alila, Avalon, Emma, and Violette, who took went above and beyond to audition for these ensembles.

We are very excited to announce that two Valley Falls High School students (Violette on piccolo and Emma on clarinet) have been placed in a Northeast District Honor band. It has been several years since any VFHS students have achieved this honor. They will perform in a District Honor Ensemble on Saturday, December 6th in Topeka. Great work and Congratulations!

Junior Parents: The Junior Class Fundraiser Meal will be on Friday, December 12th, start time 5:00pm, set up at 4:30pm. See email for details.

Parents of 10th & 11th Grade Students: There will be a Tech School Meeting for those interested in attending Tech next year. The meeting will be on Friday, 11/14/25 @ 6pm in the commons.
